Biography

I am Mina Salman and I am the Co-Founder of www.Bagallery.com, an E-commerce platform where we sell well-curated beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and home fashion products.

I am not only an entrepreneur but also a social media influencer (@thebeauteousblog) and beauty & wellness blogger with a passion for online shopping. I have made it my mission to make beauty accessible and easy to understand, for every woman.

I strongly believe in finding your own inner beauty and enhancing it in your own unique way. Women should believe in themselves and learn to embrace their flaws.

After completing my Masters in Business Administration, I worked as a Media Planner. I embraced motherhood in 2008 and took a long break.

Around 2015, I decided to launch my Facebook Page and Instagram (@worldofbagallery) based selling model to sell imported bags n shoes.

Within a year, by evaluating the ever-increasing demand for imported goods in Pakistan, we decided to launch our website, and the rest of everything is history. We have officially partnered with big industry giants in Pakistan and Internationally.

I aspire to make our brand available across Pakistan, with a depth of offering that resonates and meets the needs of today’s lifestyle and beauty junkies. Today I am proud that Bagallery.com has grown into a household name across Pakistan. More recently we have been successful in raising Series A funding.

I am extremely passionate about Beauty and Skincare, thus launched my blog (@thebeauteousblog) in 2017.

Leveraging the reach of my blog across the Middle East, Pakistan, and India, I try my best to break age-old beauty myths and standards like the white skin syndrome, ensuring our website doesn’t sell any ‘whitening’ beauty products, at the same time partnering with brands with the same values.

I also got a chance to collaborate with a lot of homegrown and international beauty brands in the Middle East.

My passion for beauty & online shopping has helped our e-commerce platform, grow by leaps and bounds. We are learning, growing, and trying to become better with every passing day.

I strongly believe that change is the only constant in the world. Success doesn’t happen overnight: Perseverance, Consistency, and Resilience are key ingredients. Embrace the change, evolve with the changing times, and stay true to your ethos and values.
