Biography
Speaker at global events, business leader, technologist and digital payments expert, Shahzad is counted amongst Pakistan’s top IT industry leaders with a demonstrated history of over 2 decades in the information technology and services industry across multiple geographies with focus on digital banking and payments. He is the CEO of TPS, a leading digital banking and payments technology company with global clientele. Shahzad has also been engaged with Pakistan’s IT companies association (P@SHA) in various executive roles and is currently serving as its Treasurer after spending the term as its elected chairman in 2019/20. He is part of President of Pakistan’s Committee on Emerging Technologies as well as on the Sindh committee for IT.
His instinctive flair for business and customer success through technology and services has helped Shahzad emerge as a distinctive leader with strategic, creative & financial acumen supported by his strong business intellect. Balancing the risk and governance are his key strengths, driving sustainable success for the organizations he represents.
Over his career, Shahzad has served in different roles in product development, project delivery, sales and management after starting his career as a software programmer.
